Our History

May 19, 1989

Rev. Moon-Sun Lee accompanied by his wife Mrs. Young-Seon Lee and children... landed in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental. Originally from the Presbyterian Church of Korea, Rev. Lee enrolled in the Divinity School at Silliman University and finished his Masters of Theology course.

Arrival
1992

The visionary Rev. Lee saw a mission field in the faces of Filipino young people. Knowing the high costs of college education practically relegate them to the marginalized sectors, Rev. and Mrs. Lee established this mission with the help of friends and churches in Korea. It was officially registered in 1992.

The Early Years & 2008

The college started offering the Bachelor of Arts in Theology. In 2008, the Pre-School, Elementary School, and Junior High School Departments were duly recognized by the Department of Education.

2016 to Present

Continuing its mission to form globally-oriented learning communities, the Senior High School Department was officially recognized. Today, PTC continues to uphold values of excellence.
